Generally I find that you're not a parent you don't wanna listen to a proud daddy takling about their nine year old..." Weps grins up at Clay's sleepy face.

"And he helped me realise the other day that I have to see that Jed's okay, no matter what happens... maybe when - if - I get back, David and I might try and get to know each other a little more." He pauses and kisses Clay again.
