Topic: Deserted Island

I’d bring a knife, I guess. It’d be handy and if there was enough wood I’d be able to keep myself occupied.

Something to make fire with. Could do it with two pieces of wood but I am not especially good at that. On the other hand, if there were stones on the island I could make do with one of those and my knife.

I’d need something to sharpen the knife with as well. So with the knife that makes two.

For the third thing, either something to keep fresh water in – if that would be needed – or spare clothes. You keep warm better if you layer clothes.

I don’t really get why everybody lists people they’d bring. Seeing as how the question says things. And deserted island.
But if I should list people instead…

Once I would have said Callie.

I don’t know.

I’d ask David of course, but I don’t think he’d like being on an island like that. He’s not very good at being still. And he wouldn’t be able to paint and such.

I could ask Orlando but even though he likes being alone with me I don’t think he’d enjoy it if it was for ever a long time.

I have other friends but they all belong here. With somebody.

So I have a list of people but I’d bring them anyway. Even if I only brought things. Because I remember them. That’s why I don’t need to look for Callie. She’s right here. Inside.
And it’s easier that way
